True artisans, and masters of their craft! But it doesn't end there. As a blue collar tradesman, I would have been looked at sideways (in work clothing on my lunch break) by similar stores that are occupied by owners and employees of lesser talent. These folks are great with people and are truly interested in the folks that walk through their door. They have helped me on several occasions resetting my wife's 20-year-old engagement ring with a new basket (after the original basket dropped the rock... that we recovered). The quality of which made it better than the original platinum basket custom made by a different Washington DC area jeweler.

Excellent service

I thought the prongs in my opal settings were loose but upon examination by the jeweler the stone was demolished. Happily enough, he had a stone that would fit and my ring never looked better. Where I purchased the ring, I believe, flim flammed me into giving me a stone set upon some sort of composite material that merely feel apart. I am so grateful Diamond Concepts could repair my ring and I love the work he put into the repair to make it look not only like new but better than before.

I came in not knowing at all what i was looking for. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed And was helped Immediately, despite already having customers at the register. And then 15 minutes I found something beautiful and in my price range, and was even offered to change the stone to one of my choice. Within an hour, all of my needs or fulfilled and I was walking out a happy customer. I highly recommend this store For both quality of service, and definitely quality of product.

I went in to get four rings (my engagement ring, 2 wedding bands, and class ring) resized yesterday & I already got them back in perfect size, polished, and cleaned! ✨ Fast, reliable, great outcome & reasonable price. Highly recommend! Would come again.

My husband has a custom wedding band that unfortunately seemed like no one could resize without damaging the design & still be able to keep the birthstone that is inside the band. We weren’t told that as the band thickens the size of the ring would increase so the original jeweler didn’t size his finger properly & ended up with a ring too small, claiming we would have to purchase a whole new ring in the proper size. We went to about 5 local private jewelers & large branch stores in hopes someone could help us but had no luck. Fortunately, the owner here is a very knowledgeable (& talented might I add) jeweler & toke on the challenge! He was able to resize my husband’s ring almost a whole size, kept the original engraving, & replaced the birthstone with an even more beautiful emerald. So much thanks to him!! My husband can finally wear his wedding band!!
