Vanguard is amazing. They didn’t treat me like a burden like most customer service reps do, they literally listened to my concern, were able to not only help me with my order but exceeding the expectation that I had for getting it ready for pick up. I wanted to share this, thank you so much Eleanor and the rest of the team, I am absolutely grateful.
What a joke this company is. They are charging premium prices for cheap knock off plastic pieces of garbage. Talk about false advertising. I was charged over one hundred dollars for 6 badges that will likely break in no time. If I could leave a -5 stars I absolutely would. I will make sure all of my American Legion comrades and other Veterans avoid this company like the plague.
Stunningly slow shipping and unresponsive to inquiries. It took TWELVE days just to create a shipping label. Now it will be another 7 to 10 days for shipping. An email inquiry at 10-days went unanswered. CAP needs to migrate to Amazon for fast shipping and responsive customer service. I will add my letter to CAP National Headquarters encouraging a new source for CAP uniforms and accessories since Vanguard Military has abandoned anything that looks remotely like customer service.
I ordered almost 200 dollars worth of product a month ago. Website says it will ship in 7-10 days. I have called and emailed several times with no real answers and a promise of a call from a supervisor that never came. I am encouraging every Civil Air Patrol member to wright an email to the national headquarters requesting a change of vender. This has been typical of this company. Either they send the wrong item, the wrong size, have missing items or very long shipping times. A constant complaint from parents trying to acquire CAP items. They have terrible customer service and will never do business with them again. Look on eBay, and Amazon for your products you will have a way better experience.
