Coin Dealers
Dealer profiles must accurately represent your business. You may only claim profiles for businesses you own or are authorized to represent. False claims may result in account suspension.
Retail Collectors
You may use the Service to browse shows, build calendars, and interact with the platform in accordance with these Terms.
4. User Content
- You retain ownership of content you submit (show listings, profiles, descriptions, images).
- By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
- You represent that you have the right to submit all content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
- We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

10. Featured Listings and Advertising
We offer paid featured listings and advertising placements. Featured status does not constitute our endorsement of any show, dealer, or business. Advertising terms are governed by separate agreements.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING SHOW DATES, TIMES, LOCATIONS, OR DEALER INFORMATION.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 320 COINS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
