DMCA Copyright Policy

320 Coins, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of US Coin Shows to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on US Coin Shows infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification to our designated DMCA agent containing:

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (e.g., URL).

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the complaining party.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the removed material within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.


4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We consider a repeat infringer to be any user who has been the subject of more than two valid DMCA takedown notices.


5. Good Faith

Please be aware that filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. Before submitting a takedown request, consider whether the use may be protected by fair use or other legal doctrine. If you are unsure, consult an attorney.
