In my profession, I do a lot of assessments- whether it’s systems, programs or people. I can say with absolute confidence that this shop is extraordinary. While maintaining professionalism everyone that I encountered was incredibly personable. Sam is incredibly knowledgeable about the products, George takes his time with you offering superior customer service, and Pam was an absolute pleasure to work with. I have been both a buyer and seller at this shop, and each experience was top notch. I never felt rushed or pushed to making a purchase. And for you parents out there, each staff member treated my children (3 young girls) like members of the family. I don’t often write reviews, but after such pleasant experiences at this location - I felt the need to share. ~ Chap

My wife and I found an old looking $20 bill and went in to coin and gift just to see if it was worth anything. (We don’t know much about these things to begin with) We were helped by the man with one eye and he was very condescending and rude and made us feel dumb just for asking for a simple valuation. I’m not one to leave reviews on anything but he left a bad taste in both of our mouths and we will not be returning if we want anything else valued!

Extremely friendly, helpful, professional staff. They gave me solid fashion advice and a good deal on a watch I happened to notice. Been very happy with it!

10/10 service! The staff here is so charismatic and helpful. We came in to sell some gold, and they gave us the best price out of all the other shops in the area. Sam assisted us during our visit - he was very informative, patient, honest, and we never felt pressured to buy anything or make a decision to sell on the spot (can’t say the same for other jewelers out there!) I have family members who have come here in the past to buy some rare coins and have raved about their excellent service, and they’ve gained another loyal customer after today! Thank you Sam and team!
