Bad customer service

They have higher prices on jewelry than the other pawn shops and the lady that works there is kinda scary lol. Not friendly. I also bought a silver chain from there for 45$, and now that im home i am nearly positive it's fake. It looks like its silver plating over some cheap metal. Wont be back

Do not believe the bad reviews that you read the owner is an honest man who is running a business and he has a heart of gold. Like i said he is also running a business and if you get upset for how much he offers you on an item, put yourself in his and the workers shoes. They have to factor market value, resale potential, local demand, profit margins, and the condition of the item. Most people don't put that into consideration before they throw bad reviews on google and i read the comments who said they were rude... that is someone who most lilely had everything handed to them and gets their feelings hurt because of a persons tone. I don't wanna go into a place where someone changes the original tone of the voice they have just to please me. Grow up and don't get your feelings hurt so dang easy.Gold Diggers Pawn is the only shop I will go to if i need extra cash they have never done me wrong for 18 years i also get my musical instruments from here and on most items they will cut you amazing deals!!!!!! Which they have always gave me amazing deals. I've probably purchased 10 guitars from him and the individuals who work at this shop and they have the best seals for musical instruments in the 4 states and ive been around the shops in the 4 states im not just saying that. Go to Gold Diggers they will treat you right.

Most all this stuff is broken or outdated. The owner’s daughter is mean as hell unfriendly the place smells like mold and mildew..

They seemed like nice people and I went here with an open mind. After losing my wife of 14 years I’ve found myself in a little financial trouble. They inspected the ring and came back with an offer of $100. I was like wow. Gold is trading at $3336 nowadays I believe. It also has a 14 carrot diamond too. Maybe they didn’t like me I don’t know. I’m not saying anything negative. They seemed like great people

Took my girlfriend’s Kendra Scott necklace to possibly sell and BOUGHT A $100 LAPTOP when I got home I noticed they damaged the piece then threatened me with violence when I requested damage costs. Don’t go here. They don’t know anything and will damage your things then pass on them probably because they damaged it. Terrible customer service. I patronized their store and in return, they damaged my property and threatened me.

The worst business in town. The elderly gentleman that runs the place I guess, first gave me a price for my silver and then wouldn't buy it, and told me he never agreed to buy it. Last I checked, when you speak a price out to a person trying to sell something to you, that's called, "an offer to buy," whatever the item is. Traditionally, from there, the seller either excepts it or haggles some more with the buyer. I accepted his offer and then he refused me and got all uppity about it, like I just did something wrong. Anyways, I left after he proceeded to tell me I should try Nally Gold and Silver a few blocks away. I was almost in tears as I walked down the street for some reason. I looked Nallys up. (Noticing the clover leaf on Nallys sign, I wondered if the man maybe racist against Irish or something for a moment before putting it out of my mind.) It was not where he said it was. It was located on the opposite side of town from where he said it was. At least 3 miles away.
