Great experience. Dealt with the owner, very honest. Was selling some gold jewelry and shopped around. He paid more than any of the other pawn shops. Wouldn't waste my time shopping around the other pawn shops anymore. I will just go straight here.

They were very Knowledgeable and kind just for starters… The store was extremely tidy and organized. Just all around great place to go! Would give them 10 starts if I could.

I love this store. There are good people there and they will help you out. I put stuff on layaway on there a d the payment are good to. And if you get paid once a month then they will help you with the payment to be paid on the day you get paid.

This store has great quality and decent prices. We will definitely be returning for any vintage video game needs we have. They had a game that was on my find list for a cheaper price real good price! I am happy with the customer service and the products bought.

Me and my family have gone here since they opened. And i can absolutly say with out a shadow of a dought the best pawn shop in town to go to. Ontop of being able to give us an amazing deal you can also get any and all of your actkon figures funko pops and a ton more. 10 out of 10.

Fred is great. Extremely fair negotiations/prices, easy transactions, and friendly service. The store is clean and has a great selection of everything from fine jewelry to toys for the kids. Not like any pawn shop I'm used to. Stop wasting your time elsewhere.

Probably the best experience I’ve had a pawn shop, and I’ve been to five or six in Springfield. The lady there is so knowledgeable about stones and non traditional rings for engagements so I felt so comfortable talking with her, with no judgement. Their colored stone selection along with their traditional diamond sets were so beautiful and well kept. The store is also very clean especially for a pawn shop, most I’ve gone to aren’t nice like that. They were flexible with their payment plans, instead of having a “pay per month” which they also offer, I was able to put a down payment and plan to pay the rest when the ring came back from being resized. Also that, they have someone for ring resizing so the process was so simple and painless! I will also be able to pay for the resizing when I go to get the ring. I am a younger person so I was very nervous going into pawn shops especially with my budget but she was so thoughtful and informed. Love it here!
