I’m really unsure why this shop is open to the public. They have lovely and wonderful things but it’s disorganized, nothing is priced, it’s cluttered with signs everywhere that say DO NOT TOUCH, DO NOT DISTURB. The shop owner (I presume) was on the phone when I walked in. Shortly after a few other customers came in. He loudly said he needed to go because people were just wandering in. One lady said “oh, are you open?” He said well, you’re in here aren’t you?. I asked if I could look through paintings. He said what are you looking for? I responded just art in general, nothing specific but I want to follow the rules of your shop and I’ve never been in before. He went on to tell and show me the WRONG way to go about it and told stories of past customers who did it wrong. I took off work to enjoy some antiquing and spend money today. This was not it and I left
This is not your average antique store! It took my Mom and I 3 trips around each room. First to look eye level Second to look floor level Third to look up. Every single item was special. Come here to look for that piece that sets your room apart from anyone else. The owner is very knowledgeable and so helpful. We will definitely be back anytime we are in KC.

While in a neighboring office, they would not let my daughter use the 'employees only' restroom. CFA was quite friendly and hospitable and allowed her to use the very cool Mona Lisa Restroom. Two Thumbs up. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique piece of art or decor piece. Very cool collection.
Definitely not an ordinary antique shop! I went in expecting not much, but really enjoyed looking at their African collection. The owner was also welcoming and kind.
If you are down in Westport this is a must see. The antiques here are so interesting and cool. And the owner will geek out with you about antiques if you speak to him!!!!! Love this place.
