Says they would take sliver when they have a big banner that says we buy gold and silver and games aren’t worth anything there if they don’t have cases with them and wouldn’t take a switch with out the charger

They are very friendly, reasonable and fair. They fix jewelry for a fair amount. This is the only jewelry store I will deal with.
If I could give -10000 stars I would, This place has the rudest people working for them!!! I Call to get an inquiry on something I am selling (resale is my side hussle) he said no he doesn’t know where I could sell it and hangs up on me... no customer service at all!!! I call back and ask why I was hung up on and he goes on to say that I told you I didn’t know so I didn’t need to talk to you anymore so I hung up, and the he hangs up again!!!!!!Is this real life??? Is this how companies want to be known for now days... like WTF???

I stopped by yesterday to ask if this pawn shop sold cameras. I understand that not all pawn shops carry them, and I was fine with being told no. What wasn’t okay was the rude and unnecessary attitude from the man at the counter. After saying they don’t sell cameras, he made a comment about cameras being outdated and that people only use phones now. That came off as condescending and wasn’t even accurate—digital cameras are still very popular, especially with Gen Z for Instagram and vlogging. As a first-time visitor, the interaction left a bad impression and I didn’t feel welcome enough to browse. I often shop at pawn shops and would’ve been a customer if the service had been better. Customer service goes a long way, and this experience was disappointing. Stop conducting business with BLACK people in this manner please.
