Really they have cheated and even after 7 days they have not responded and taken the cancellation fee of $35 . Looks this is fake we site , I suggets customer do not order anything from these guys.

The items purchased were fantastic and exactly what we wanted. Your sales staff, customer service, and website are exceptional and easy to navigate. But your delivery agent FedEx is horrible. This is not the first time that FedEx has delivered our packages to the wrong address. Luckily, we have honest neighbors, and they'll bring the package to us. However, this one rates as the worst experience ever. For starters, the tracking showed the package being delivered between the hours of 8 - 12:30, but the package showed up closer to 7pm. We understand that it's the holiday season and timelines are often generic. However, that's not the worst part. The order consisted of some silver and gold that my wife had purchased. The order required a signature by MY WIFE. But guess what...the delivery driver went to the house two doors down and had her sign for it. Despite my neighbor telling them that she was not the required individual on the box; they had her sign for it anyways. Absolute carelessness and honestly, I don't think they cared. If our neighbors weren't honest, we'd had been out a significant amount of money, and FedEx would have fought the claim tooth and nail. In the future, if FedEx is the company delivering package, we'll think twice about buying or see if there's another way of getting it delivered. Please let us know if there's alternate means of shipping, we'd love to do business with your company again.
I tried calling to reschedule an appointment and the gentleman on the other end of the line hung up on me. Apparently this business does not care about its outward facing appearance. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere if this is how they treat their customer base. Also, only very recently have the started making appointments mandatory. I will be taking my money elsewhere and recommend others do the same. Also, if you are looking to order and receive shipments from the business, it seems they do not have a well organized system to do so. It seems like the shipping takes forever, folks receive the wrong orders, they receive damaged orders among a plethora of other issues. Take your money elsewhere to someone that actually values your time and money not someone that hangs up in your face.
I really cannot give a good review at this point because the estimated delivery time was 2/13/26 and I have yet to receive my package. It would be helpful if I was able to track the package but that is not an option I saw. Cannot really fault them yet because this could be partially due to delivery service.
First order had some issues but they made it right and second time was flawless. Great prices, very secure packaging and shipping which is crucial for collectors. Thank you so much!! Really enjoy shopping at GEC :)
On November 26, 2025, I ordered the 2023 2 oz Germania Mint Witchcraft Seeress Ritual Silver Round Ultra High Relief version (order # 10614948), for which I paid $270.40. I received a package on Friday December 5, 2025 from this company, but the contents were incorrect. What I received was the 2023 Witchcraft: Seeress 1 oz Silver BU version (available for sale on their site for $68.86). I then immediately sent an email along with pics of what I had received and what I had ordered. Two days later I have yet to receive any sort of response from the company. If nothing is done to rectify this by day three, I will be forced to submit a complaint to both the Better Business Bureau as well as to PayPal
