They made me feel right at home and very welcomed. I've been to places that make you feel stupid and speak with condescending tones, especially when it's your first time.....Gateway pawn DIDNT DO THAT AT ALL. been going here for years, Jim is helpful and fair. He wants you to get your items on loan back if you want them and will work with you. He will negotiate price on goods he is selling as well as loan items. I would not go anywhere else in town.
