been going here for over 10 years customer service has been great. never had any problems the owner and the people are willing to work with you and to help you out all you got to do is call them and talk to them and let him know what's going on.
Best customer service, very, very friendly people. Been coming here for some time, whenever I need some help. They make you feel very welcomed and trustful with your valuable items. Really recomend this place, I'm 100% satisfied.

Been to quite a few pawn shops, and I have to say of all, THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!! The customer service is quick, the owners are patient, kind, and above all very, very friendly! I've pawned items and bought many items here. Great selection of different goods. So very different than the way I've been treated in the past. Elliott has been a friend and savior since day one. I came to him in a dire situation and he gave me a fair value for my items which provided me income to travel home across the United States. I promised him I would return to retrieve my valuables one day and this year (7 years later) I did in fact pay for my items in person. During those 7 years he has endured personal and business upheaval, but never changed the way he treats people. He was and is a blessing to me and a rarity in the world of business today!
