Super kind, personable, and reliable! I was going in to get my ring re-sized down a half size. I called a few *big name* places and they charged an arm and a leg for a small simple resize. Here, I felt heard and they only charged what they needed to charge! They also finished my ring the same day which was also a plus! Definitely coming back again!❤️💍

I took my necklace into Diamonds by Monet to have it repaired. I had been to 3 other jewelers before I went to Diamonds by Monet. The jeweler there was very knowledgeable and professional about the best way to repair my necklace. She took the time to explain my options. She made a very favorable impression on me . I left my necklace to be repaired and they had it ready for me the same day. I was very pleased with the repair and highly recommend their services.
