Went with a friend to checkout jewelry at my first visit in a pawn shop. I was helped by a very helpful and knowledgeable salesperson named Mark Hendrickson. He took his time showing me everything I wanted to see. He even cleaned my jewelry to make it look like new and was able to help with adding links to my bracelet I bought.
