They offered me $200 for a $16,000 appraised diamond bracelet set in gold. Said they were offering to buy only the gold and not the diamonds?

This place tried scamming me today. I had spoke to a will on the phone. I told him what I had and we agreed on a price. He told me long as it checks out he’ll be able to pay me what we discussed on the phone. I know the weight and I know the clarity of my jewelry. Everything‘s been x-rayed so I know the clarity when I got there your scale was off and they had this machine that they were using for clarity very old technology as far as I’m concerned they didn’t even have an x-ray gun and then the price wasn’t what we agreed on. Beware I will never go back to these people again.

I had come in to replace my grandmothers watch straps which was given to her in the 90's. Camille Knight greeted with me when I walked in and was extremely helpful. She was very friendly and to the best of her ability tried finding straps that were almost identical to the color, stitching, trim, etc. It was a very simple purchase/transaction but she was extremely helpful and made me seem like a valued customer. Would highly recommend!

Within minutes, the clasp was completely fixed. What impressed me most was that they refused to charge me for the repair. The staff was professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Their willingness to help—even without any expectation of a sale—speaks volumes about how they treat people. I’ll definitely return for any future jewelry needs.
