They won't give u approx quotes for your gold over the phone (like other places do) and when I told him I can't be going from place to place just to get a quote they hanged up on me, while I was still talking. If this is how they treat people, I don't want to do any business with them. (Replying to what they said) I still don't believe all that they are saying, another shop gave me a fair quote over the phone, according to the grams of gold I told them I had. And this place says they need to test the gold first i think is non sense, I can't allow every store to scratch and test my gold everytime just to get a quote. They just want you to go in person to low ball you and show u the money in ur face so u can take the deal according to emotion. And last I wouldn't of given them a bad review if they wouldn't have hanged up on me. THESE PEOPLE NOW CONFIRM TO ME THAT THEY ARE SKETCHY, SINCE THEY LIED SAYING THEY NEVER HANGED UP ON ME. I wouldn't have given them a bad review if that was the case.

I originally rated this 5 stars, but after doing the math and visiting a competitor, I need to correct the record. I sold over 200g of Sterling here and was paid roughly $1.00 per gram (about 30% of its actual melt value). Their justification was that 'refineries are backed up,' implying they couldn't pay standard rates. They also mentioned I’d be hard pressed to find a refiner who would take my silver in a timely manner, I did just that the very next day. While I was paid fairly for my gold, I was not for my silver. What they didn’t know is I’m in search of a LCS to do consistent business with, and had already sold gold and silver a few businesses around town to see who is honest and who is not. I took a similar lot to another local shop a week later. Not only did they offer significantly higher (closer to standard scrap rates), but they also told me directly: 'Silver is valuable regardless of refinery delays.’ This shop used a logistical excuse to pay pennies on the dollar. Do not sell your silver here without getting a second quote. If they tell you the market is 'too backed up' to pay you fair value’, walk out. Something I learned far too late is a standard “oldest trick in the book”.

Great shop to do business with, I will definitely come back to buy more. Mark was really cool taking time to show me a variety of pieces. I am very happy with the 2 ounces I picked up, his prices were cheaper than I can find online.

My first time ever selling gold and silver. The gentlemen were nice and professional plus educated me on everything I brought to them. They gave me a fair amount and even gave me a price on the gold I was wearing. I highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking on buying or selling.

Stopped in recently for a quote. The offer was significantly lower than other shops in the area for similar items. Nice enough service, but the payout just wasn't competitive. I’d recommend getting a second opinion elsewhere before selling.

These guys are amazing. Very fair, honest, and easy to do business with. I’ve gone to every gold and silver shop in El Paso and many of them have shady practices and only care about making the most profit for themselves and taking advantage of people. However, these guys are the exact opposite. We had a transaction where we assumed the sealed tubes I had the normal 20 per tube, turned out after the transaction was over and I had left that there was more that 20 per tube. It was a significant dollar amount. Instead of keeping the extra amount, I was called and said that they owed me more money. Like I said, these guys fair (always had the most competitive prices), honest (even if it cost them money), and always been easy to work with. Won’t do business with anyone else in El Paso.

If you are reading this please don't hesitate to visit these guys, honest, reliable and will not, I repeat, will not take advantage of you. This is my 3rd time doing business with these fine gentlemen, and I took my oldest son with me this time, and they took their time to check all my silver and taught us a few things also. In the end, we did an even trade of this 10oz bar, 2 smaller bars of gold and a 10k gold ring. Thanks guys, I always leave happy when doing business with you guys. Thanks again.
