These people are fantastic! I have been going to Heartfield's for about 8 years for my jewelry needs. When I need links taken out of a watch, new batteries, or questions answered this is the only place I will go. I almost forgot, I have an outstanding Citizens watch that I bought there. I could babble on and on, but these people just simply do it right!

Very nice people!! Went in to see if they could replace the battery in my husband's watch. They were able to do it in about 5 minutes and then wouldn't let me pay for it! Very nice of them ❤️

Amazing customer service! All of the staff was very attentive and accommodating. I had the privilege of dealing with Liz. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly!
