I called to ask what the current rate was is I were to sell them 90% silver coins pre-1965 and they were incapable of answering the question and said they could only answer if I came in person. That’s a bit illogical since you can go online and see what the asking price is for which as of today and what it should be around. For example, money metals says “Sell to Us Price: $16.85 per $1 face value.” We aren’t talking rocket science, so being able to answer this over the phone rather than making someone drive 40mins to get the answer is a bit illogical. With that being said, you couldn’t pay me to do business here… literally.

They refuse to give you an estimate of how much they can pay for an ounce of gold and silver over the phone. Save your self some time and just go sell your precious metals to other dealers in the area. Customer service is one of the most important things and they seriously need some training on this. Unfortunately, the owner is pretentious and rude.
