Hands down the best pawn shop in all of Texas. I moved here in 2022, and I’ve been coming in just about every month since. Joey and his team are truly the best in the business—always helpful, kind, and ready to lend a hand. They’ve supported me through so much, whether I needed to pawn something to cover rent, birthdays, or bills. I’m beyond grateful for everything they’ve done for me. What really sets them apart is the level of customer service. They’re fast, friendly, and they genuinely care. These days, when I walk in, it’s always “Hey, Ms. Lucas!” with a warm smile—and they greet my daughter the same way, with love and respect. That kind of connection means the world to me. I really appreciate the trust and rapport we’ve built over time. It’s rare to find a place that not only provides a service but also makes you feel seen and valued. Honestly, I could brag on them all day! Oh—and how could I forget Angel? One day I stopped by, and my daughter stayed in the car. I left the key in the ignition (though the car wasn’t on), and it drained the battery. I couldn’t get it to start. Angel came outside, pulled his car around, and tried to give me a boost—for a good 30 minutes! When it didn’t work, I ended up calling an Uber to take me to charge my battery. Not only did he help me load the heavy battery into the car, but when I came back, he was still there, waiting to help me install it. I honestly wouldn’t have known what to do if he hadn’t been there to save me. He’s an incredible soul—truly an angel sent by God in a moment I needed it most.

Good friendly service makes you feel at home welcomed. Very knowledgeable on things that you need to know. I came in picked up what I needed very quick and efficient and had me laughing the whole time. A real good group of ppl here definitely will be coming back here for my future needs.

This shop is great, lots of cool stuff. The guys who work there are great. I recommend talking to Angel. He made me a great deal on a new guitar and I plan to go back and buy from him again. Thats how you make a customer for life. Great customer service, Angel went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed for a good price. Thank you!
