Just wanted to say a huuuuuge THANK YOU for our medals! We are so in love with them and appreciate all the hard work that went into these. Our estimate arrival date was April 12th and we received them 2 days earlier which we are so grateful for as we are going to selling these and all proceeds will be going to Ferrari Kid, a non-profit organization that gives kids coping with cancer and dealing with any illness the ride and experience of a lifetime. We will definitely be using y’all for future medals and veterans' coins!

We wanted our business cards to stand-out and channel an American Psycho vibe. We designed them after trading cards and they have been a huge hit with everyone we've given them to. The art staff was great and easy to work with via email. The outcome is fantastic. Fun fact, the size and rigidity of our selections has made them a wonderful tool for all sorts of things - from an ice scraper to a bottle opener to ninja stars. This was my third repeat order with MetalPromo and everything in the process was very smooth and professional. From the approval process to production to shipping, I was kept in the loop with frequent updates. The only recommendation I have for MetalPromo is that they should include the name of the staff who responds to emails so that the communication process is more personal. I would use MetalPromo again and recommend them to anyone looking to order challenge coins.

This is our second year using MetalPromo for our yearly Fiesta medal and they were a great hit! The quality is nice and light, not too heavy. The price can't be beat! They did an amazing job, and Mary Ann was a phenomenal help with the communication, and process. They also had them to us in a greatly timely matter and right on time of our deadline. Other companies were quoting 3 times more with a 6 month in advance turnover. Thanks again to MedalPromo for your great work once again!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company while ordering custom challenge coins. I provided a logo that our fire department sees every day. The proof I was sent had letters switched in the logo. Unfortunately, because we trusted the proof and it looked close at a glance, the mistake wasn’t caught until the coins arrived. While I understand that approving the proof ultimately falls on the customer, this was a simple but critical logo error that should never have been sent out incorrectly in the first place—especially for a professional promotional company. When I reached out for help, the only resolution offered was 30% off a future order, which is not realistic or helpful. I spent a significant amount of personal money trying to establish a reliable challenge-coin vendor for our fire department. As a firefighter, I could barely afford the first order, let alone placing another just to fix their mistake. There was no meaningful attempt to make this right. I would strongly caution fire departments, military units, and organizations ordering logo-based products to triple-check everything or consider another company that stands behind their work when mistakes happen.
