Extremely upset. I went in to have my brand new watch I got for my birthday sized and thought it was a bit odd that the guy doing it was banging extremely hard on it. Since I arrived home it has fallen apart several times. Thought I fixed it myself till it completely came apart again. Now I have to pay more money to get it fixed. I would NOT recommend getting your watch sized here.
