By far - one of the best gun shops in middle Tn. The boys and girls at the counter are extremely knowledgeable love what they do. The guns and accessories are priced reasonably and they are IN STOCK; unlike a lot of the shops around town. I will continue to buy from Cowboy Dan’s as long as they will tolerate me!
My wife and I stopped by looking to purchase three firearms for Christmas presents this year but we left with nothing and I'll tell you why.. not only were we not greeted upon entering but we looked around for a while and not one person acknowledged that we were there. Like three associates behind the bar just carrying on conversation. We saw what we were looking for but decided to leave and support a different shop.
I’ve sold them a few jewelry items before. They’re pretty reasonable in their offers. They seem to pay much better than other shops in the area I’ve been to. Large stock of high quality items for sale. They’re pretty reasonable shop dogs give it a family business vibe.
I can’t say enough good things about this FFL. Every single person there is helpful, down-to-earth, and genuinely great to work with. They never rush you, they’re always willing to answer questions, and they go above and beyond if any issues or miscommunications come up. One thing that truly sets them apart is their integrity. They don’t try to upsell you or take advantage of anyone, and they’ve earned my complete trust. This is easily the most upstanding FFL in the entire county and the best one I’ve ever been to. As for any negative reviews out there — they simply don’t reflect how this shop operates. In my experience, the team here is always willing to work with you to resolve any issue. If someone had a bad time, it’s usually because they didn’t partner with the staff to fix the problem before leaving. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and friendly service.
