Bad customer service Once we finally got helped he wouldn’t even stand there and talk to us
The costumer service was very good, however they sold me a fake silver dollar, I tried to contact them on Facebook but they didn’t respond:( I bought a few dimes that I really liked but I went there mainly for a silver dollar. As reputable and trusted that they are, they should check all of their big silver coins such as Morgan and Peace dollars and their American Silver Eagles. Was very dissatisfied when I found out that my dollar was not genuine.

Went in there to sell my Pokémon cards. Selling is super easy and staff is very friendly. The place is filled with gamer, cinephile and collectible dreams. The place is very nice and if your ever in town check it out!!!!
If it was possible to give 10 stars I would. Nathan is awesome. Has a great and diverse selection. He is fair and honest. He is also a great teacher and has fostered the joy of collecting for my son and me!
I would highly recommend Rushmore Coin & Pawn to all. RJ, Don and Nate are friendly & fair. They'll welcome you in like old friends and once you get to know them the jokes/laughs will follow. My wife and I enjoy taking the kids in for the large selection of vintage toys. If you're needing extra cash they'd loan you a fair amount for all gaming systems without the high interest rates that the other pawn shops charge to redeem them. They deserve more than five stars...Can't wait to stop back in.
I had a small bag full of old coins from my deceased grandfather years ago so I used one of the apps on my phone to try to get just a general idea of the value and also to see if any of them were one of the really rare pennies But of course they were not. I came in here and the owner was working at the counter and within a short time he made me a very fair offer that was right in alignment with the estimate I had come up with so I didn't even bother going up the road for a second opinion because this guy was so laid back friendly and legitimate.
Went unacknowledged for a hot minute before someone was clearly available to help. And after that, they wouldn't buy or trade for even the tiny amount of silver coin I brought in. So why the 5 stars...? The precious metals coin side of this location is not their main revenue line, their specialty is comics and games, and it's a small local shop at that. They were honest that their cash flow on the coin side could only absorb selling current, rather than acquiring new, coin inventory. AND they proactively recommended a local alternative nearby, which under normal market conditions, would be their market competition. AND it was a solid recommendation! They didn't have to do that, and certainly didn't stand to gain anything. When the precious metals market isn't cray-cray, and they can entertain small volume trades, start here! If they can't help you they will point you to a credible alternative within easy walking distance that probably can.
