Great place to find some coin if that's what you're in to. Very friendly owner. Always a good place to stop.

Tried to sell him silver he said I have enough right now, I don’t get it since they give you 2 dollars under spot and sell it to the refinery for spot he even had silver at 110 an oz in his window when the spot was actually 115 what a joke

Went it to get a coin authenticated and find out what exactly I had. Did care what answer I got just needed help. Lady was polite, guy was very short with me, kinda acted like I was wasting his time, not much for people skills. Could of handed the coin back instead of tossing it back on the counter.not much. Not much courtesy but again the lady was very polite.

I’ve been buying from him since I’ve moved out here. He told me he would always buy from me if I wanted to sell what I’ve bought from him. I called and he told me “he’s not interested in buying”. So he has no problem buying from his customers when the price is low, nor selling to you when the price is high. But he refuses to buy when he thinks the price is too high from him. He’s a liar. He’s also very rude to customers and a know it all. I brought my family that was visiting in to check out the shop and he was very condescending to them when they would ask questions about things they didn't understand. He is a “know it all” and has terrible customer service skills. I would not trust nor buy from this man as long as there is another option for you to choose from. I regret ever giving this joke my business.

So I stopped by and I had some silver with me. This was when silver was just around $50 and he was very polite and professional, but he simply said if you don’t need to sell it, don’t sell it you own it. You don’t owe anything against it and he gave me great advice silver is now almost $80 an ounce. Anyhow I read some of his reviews and I’ve just disappointed that some of the other reviews I think this guy is honest and honorable in the expression when it comes to this kind of business I didn’t think you could find somebody better so I gave him five stars.

*DEFINITELY WOILD NOT DO BUSINESS HERE* Was considering selling a very expensive gold necklace.. I Called to simply ask a couple of questions about their gold buying process… I was completely blown off. “Eddy” was obnoxiously rude… Especially to a potential first time customer with an item that’s worth more than 3-4 months salary of the average income in SD… The first person that answered: she said “hold on I’ll put Eddy on” Here is how that went: He says “yeah”? Me: “Hi Eddy, my name is TJ. How are you?” Eddy: “I’m busy” *with a tone in his voice* Me: “ok… The lady put me on with you to answer some questions about selling you gold. Is that ok?” Eddy: “I’m busy, what?” Me: “I’m thinking of selling my 24k gold necklace. Can you give me an idea of how you are pricing gold today before income in for a full evaluation? Eddy: “I’m busy, bring it in” *now rudely* Me: “Eddy, it’s (xx)grams, so Im not comfortable just carrying it around without some information. , Can you at least give me an idea of what you are buying even scrap gold for?” Eddy: *very rudely* “I said I’m busy. Just bring it in” Me: I can quote spot price from home online but I want to do business locally if I can and just need a little info before I carry that much gold around.. ***Click*** like he hung up on me I mean if he could speak at the time, anything other than what he did probably would have avoided this review (I don’t post reviews unless it’s REALLY BAD…) I had even asked him if it was ok… Obviously he’s not interested nor in need of any new business… I wish that I had that problem… Go somewhere else.
