I would like an option for negative stars for this business. I saw a generator on OfferUp today and made an offer for it. The owner agreed to a price and told me that they were open until 6pm today for me to pick it up. As I was leaving to pick it up, I messaged him to let him know that I was on my way. He replied that he sold it to someone else. I immediately called the business and spoke with him regarding the issue. He had no remorse and simply stated that he requires a deposit to hold items. I replied that would have been nice to know as I would have gladly done so. It is evident that the owner only cares about money and could careless about his customers. He could have asked me to put down a deposit in our conversation on OfferUp and secondly he could have messaged me before he sold it to someone else to ask about a deposit. Customer service means nothing to this company. All he saw was an opportunity to make money off the snow storm headed this way with no regard for his word or his customer.
I bought an anniversary ring, had a ring resized and had a new diamond put in my old engagement ring and I am very happy with the results. My engagement ring is more beautiful than I ever remember it looking, they cleaned it and made it look wonderful, the other one was resized perfectly and the ring that my husband purchased for me is just beautiful. The price was very reasonable also, so I will be a returning customer.
I am a first time gun buyer, I came to this pawnshop in search for a WW1-WW2 era surplus rifle. I was not disappointed by the selection and found myself a rifle that I was interested in buying. The two people working behind the counter were extremely polite and were completely willing to negotiate the price of the gun. They made filing the paperwork and background check very easy and were willing to help if needed. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is in the search of a good handgun or long gun.
Let me start off by saying the individuals here are very friendly and helpful BUT the whole concept of being able to take something in there and pawn it has seemingly disappeared because the last 3 times I have been there, they have turned customers in front of me away as well as didn't want to accept my items either and I am not going to a pawn shop unless I have something that will be worth taking in the first place but they simply told me they have to much stuff already. Dont waste the time or effort driving down to this pawn shop to sell anything. The worst part is I was wanting to purchase something they had on the shelf after I pawned what I had, that was why I was wanting to sell it in the first place, trading never worked out with them before, but I figured I'd just wait and purchase it online. I won't be back to this store again even after purchasing many many items from then over the years. If your in the buyers market, they have PLENTY of stuff, to much obviously, and a lot of it is a little on the pricey side compared to retail.
I have purchased a items from here and they have some really good offers and a good selection
