I met with David Rose to discuss updating an older appraisal on some jewelry for insurance purposes. He explained the process thoroughly and also explained his charges and hourly fees. We reviewed the pieces I brought in and he promised to have the appraisal ready in a week. Everything about our meeting was professionally handled— his office space quiet , his manner friendly and competent. We communicated by email a few times. When I returned to pick up the jewelry and appraisal, he met me on Saturday morning for my convenience and had everything ready. His report was thorough and easy to understand. The report included photographs and descriptions. Highly recommend.
