Very professional, extremely knowledgeable about precious metals, and currency.
I have called multiple times over the past year and have never had anyone answer the telephone. Possibly this business is no longer in operation.

Phil is a very fair and honest person to deal with and is not afraid to answer questions for beginners.

Mr Sarver USED TO BE FAIR AND HONEST. That changed. He conveniently "can't remember" money paid on a tab for a larger purchase. He did not keep a paper or digital account of the tab. He resold the silver he had been holding and refused to give any refund even with proof of payment. Be wary. We will no longer trade with him or recommend him to others. His recent attitude was flippant and derogatory. It used to be pleasant and caring. Not sure what changed.
