I have had several occasions to visit Gold Bug Exchange, and do business there. Always felt I was treated fairly and professionally by Gene.

I have known the owner of the establishment for the past eight years. He is a man who plays no games, but is very fair, transparent, and well educated. Individuals who post negative comments are only a reflection on their own self. Continue on doing great things as you have always done. Your business is a foundation in the community as a small business owner.

I brought some old jewelry by today to exchange for cash. I didn’t realize they were closed but Gene was there and helped me out anyway. He explained the process as he was testing and calculating what my jewelry was worth and was very fair. Very trust worthy business. I will definitely be coming back for future exchanges.
