watched a guy get robbed of $16 by the crabby blonde lady. Then I showed her an antique diamond ring with white gold and she appraised it for $20, insulted us and we left. Forever ❤️

There are a lot of other pawn shops that won't completely try and rip you off, I'd avoid this one.

These people are incredibly rude and unfriendly and caused a lot of trouble. I was going to do a FFL transfer, and the company I bought from an online retailer. The online retailer messed up my name (which is obviously not Tigard Pawn's fault). I called the company to get a new form to Tigard, but instead of waiting they very very quickly sent the gun back. I ended up paying a stocking fee, and a return shipping fee. They could have waited a few more hours but God forbid being customer friendly. Avoid these guys. And if you are in Portland area, I used Money Market Pawn Shop - no problem, actually cheaper and closer. Reading the other reviews and her reaction to complaints, I should have never gone here.

Wow! Please note my history of reviews, very few are negative. To be clear, my issue is not with him not being open to negotiation, it is with the disrespect and attitude received. What an awful place. Quite simply the worse experience I have had in a pawn shop. In my early years as a contractor and establishing my business, I've had ebb and flows with finances requiring me to pawn an item here and there. So I have visited pawn shops looking for good deals. This particular situation, not being my first time in a pawn shop, was by far the worst. I asked what's the best you can do on this, or should I make an offer, on an item, and received a disrespectful response. To quote him "I won't consider your offer"!!! With a demeanor that would disgust the most stoic of people, thus completely shutting down any negotiating or any future business of mine and most likely anyone I discuss this experience with.

HORRIBLE. I paid $369 on snap on truck for this light. It was still in package & bag. The guy says I'll pay $5.. yes $5. Tryed telling me they have 3 on ebay for $20. I pull phone out jump on ebay. Yes there was 3 but cheapest was $129 that was used and poor condition. Wanted loan on 3 silver bars. He said that 25% of spot price was generous.. lmao.. this place is a JOKE.

Winton to sell my Springfield XD 45 which is in really good condition. They asked what I wanted for it and I told them around $350 which was a negotiating starting price. They offered me $52. What a joke. Dont waste your time here.

Stopped by here to do private party FFL transfer with a friend because I head from others online it was a little cheaper than other local FFL's. The woman working was immediately rude (I also heard this online) and chastised my friend for not having a photo copy of his ID on him already. Once she said she was going to charge $5 to make a $0.10 photo copy we left and went to a friendly FFL. I have done lots of transfers and never had another FFL charge to make a photocopy oh the customer's ID. The transfer wasn't going to be any cheaper and even if it was between the attitude and the charging $5 to take a photocopy I'll gladly continue to take my business to other local FFLs.
