Erin is a true artist and master at her craft. She designed and created a ring to reset my grandmothers diamonds from a picture of a ring I liked on the internet. The ring she made was even more beautiful than the inspiration photo. I’m so glad I went to Goldworks for my special project
Took a necklace to get the clasp fixed that broke off. When I picked up the necklace, the chain had magically grown 5 inches. When I took it back in the lady said “it must have stretched during cleaning.” I later called asking where my original chain went because there’s no way that was my same one (5 inches longer, and different texture.) She kept saying it was the same one and doesn’t know how it stretched so much but would give me a full refund. Very rude on phone, and hung up on me. My partner went back to get the necklace today and she would not issue a refund. Terrible customer service, and I have no idea what happened to the original chain she was given.
Erin salvaged a buckle that I had tried to clean (mine is the green one...) AND welded new hinges onto a humidor. My pictures don't do the welding job justice, but she did an amazing job and I would recommend her for any sort of repair/commission of the detailed sort
Erin did an amazing job with my ring. It needed to be sized down, a prong needed to be built, and I had a tight timeline before I left the country. Erin accommodated this and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend!
