I originally bought my ring from G & G. It needed repair and a few stores at the mall quoted me $400 + with 3 weeks time frame. G & G completed the work in 4 days for $65. Overall, happy with their service and their staff is always pleasant to work with.

Visited in from Detroit a few weeks ago. Came here to check out the coins and was helped by Adrian! He helped us find coins that we wanted to purchase and left with a lot! Also noticed the walls with all the second hand jewelry being sold at quite cheap prices! We will surely be back soon.

Asked for a stone to be replaced in a ring because it looked damaged. Worker said it's fine, and we asked for it to at least be tightened since the stone was about to fall out. Got it back as well as a few other pieces being repaired, one other ring resized, and it's extremely small now, and the envelope says 3 3/4 leading me to believe they mistakenly downsized the ring. If it didn't fit, I wouldn't have bothered trying to get the stone replaced. The other ring was being sized up to 13.75. Wrote a complaint on contact section of their site, no response.

The staff were professional, direct, and immediately attentive. One chain in particular caught my eye. I expected it to be priced higher than the one I had seen around the corner, but it wasn’t. In fact, the value was significantly better — so much so that I decided to keep the pieces I planned to trade. What I left with was a brand-new Italian gold chain, not a used piece marked up like the other shop was offering. The quality, pricing, and honesty here were exceptional. I purchased it yesterday, and I’m already considering returning today for a matching bracelet. If you appreciate transparency, fair pricing, and high-quality inventory, this is a jeweler I can recommend without hesitation.
