I and my daughter went there just last Friday Dec4 and the man who met us did not seem to have a very good morning the first time he showed up from the window. He was very unwelcoming. After he collected my jewelry pieces, he just gave me the amount he wanted to pay without telling me the overall weight of my jewelry, without any explanation. He didnt even explain to me how much it is per gram. He just handed me the money. He wanted to pay me straight for way way less than half of the amount I was expecting. He was probably thinking I dont know how much I should be paid for my jewelry. He was so unkind, leaving me no time to talk. After I counted the money he handed to me, I knew I had to back off. He must know that not all who go there and sell to him are so much in need of money. I can say I had a very bad experience with him and will never go back there anymore. I dont recommend this store.

I was in need of cash and sold a 10k gold ring approximately 14g and was offered a very strong offer of $900. Based on spot price this was a very fair if not excellent price for scrap gold. Make sure you guys call around to know your value to get the best price Oren definitely beat several reputable buyers.

SCAM ARTIST ALERT! Go Anywhere Else. Do not trust the main guy here. He's a complete hustler who will try to rip you off the second you walk in, especially if you look like you don't know your jewelry's worth. I brought in a gold chain and the old man gave me the typical fake-nice line: "Don't worry, I'll give you the best price and help you out." Total lie. His "best price" was a joke: $450. I knew my chain was worth way more. When I called him out and told him I wanted at least $1,000, he immediately coughed up $950. A jump from $450 to $950 is proof he's a crook and a lowlife trying to scam people. He starts with a garbage offer hoping you're dumb enough to take it. STOP GOING HERE. This place preys on people, and you will get scammed if you aren't prepared.

I called the store to sell a 50g gold bar and was told over the phone that they could pay $7,500. However, when I went to the store in person, they said they could only give me $7,000.
