The owner speakers lmitied English but he tries his best to communicate with you if you are patient and speak slowly. I believe this store has been around for more than 20 years, porbably one of the longest standing shops in the mall actually.

I bought some Bulgarian banknotes from this boutique in the Pacific Mall recently. The selection consists of good quality paper, some that have value. Finding VF+ to UNC notes is a game of chance, but when you find them, the prices are reasonable (e.g. competitively low prices that you may find on eBay with shipping included, & slight profit margin to the shop owner). My criticism about the experience include a lack of organized presentation of the banknotes. They didn't have them in binders for easy viewing (although they sell other collectibles, like coins & stamps. Binders might have been a prohibiting cost?). Also, due to the lack of space you can only fit one customer at a time "comfortably". The shop was tight, you felt rushed to leave in case someone else walk in. I rate this shop 3 out of 5 stars because they need to improve on the presentation of their merchandise, find a way to make the boutique less....cluttered, and have a different look in advertising the storefront. Removing the banknotes from the window so people can see the inside of the shop might help give a sense of openness rather than a tight feeling. Otherwise, I'd probably recommend stopping by the store to take a gander, if you happen to be in the mall.

Fantastic shop for coin and stamp collectors! I always find something exciting every time. The owner was always pleasant and tries to source for the items that I’m looking for.

The owner was super friendly and his coin collection is amazing! I came specifically for coins and was really impressed. His English is limited, but he understands if you describe what you want. Can’t wait to come back!
