Great staff easy transaction

Was a phenomenal experience. This was my first time ever going to a gold buyer and the staff were all excellent, knowledgeable, and gave me a good price for my items. If I ever find myself needing to buy or sell precious metals in the future I know where I’ll go. 👍🏻

My brother and I came in Monday. Booking the appointment was easy, we called but can easily be done online as well. Same day appointment, by the complaints in the reviews I was expecting it to be challenging....lol. We were nervous and anxious due to our transaction (sorry for being vague) but Jaime was great, made us feel at ease. We were surprised at how smooth and seamless everything went, and how great the staff were. We absolutely recommend and we will be back.

When I visited your shop, I was assisted by a middle-aged woman who was clearly unfriendly and visibly annoyed that I came without calling in advance. I was told that I should have called before coming. Despite this, we completed the transaction, and I planned to redeem my gold. I later traveled to another city and intended to pay the required fee online. For over a week now, I have been trying to contact your business to do so. I have called repeatedly, but no one answers. The phone appears to be disconnected, and there has been no response at all. This situation is extremely frustrating. I was criticized for not calling in advance, yet when I do call consistently for a full week, there is no way to reach anyone. As a result of this lack of communication and responsibility, I have lost my gold. Overall, this has been a very negative experience — from the rude attitude of the staff to the complete absence of customer service. This is not acceptable, and this is not how clients should be treated. Update: Your phone is not working, it is disconnected — it’s not busy. Your job is to give me instructions over the phone on how I can pay without being physically present in the store, online or in any other way. However, you do not consider it necessary to do your job, and you do not even apologize for the lost property caused by your technical phone issues or for the rudeness in the store. This only once again confirms your attitude toward customers.

I can not express just how amazing this team is. Jamie was phenomenal to deal with. The store is beautiful, clean and spacious and everyone was super nice and professional. I had never sold anything before and they made it a painless and enjoyable process. Thank you Jamie for all your help and making the process so enjoyable.

Excellent experience at London Gold Buyer! Bob was knowledgeable, honest, and very easy to deal with. What really impressed me is that they had RCM silver bars in stock when no other local shops did. Fair pricing, smooth transaction, and no pressure. Highly recommend for anyone buying or selling precious metals.
