Impossible to trade and they hold your coins - totally do not use.

“I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their customer service is unresponsive, and the phone number doesn’t work. When I requested help withdrawing my money, instead of assisting me, they locked my account. They sent an email claiming to help, but no one ever responded. I do not recommend trusting them with your money.”

I have been using them for a few years now. BTC is finally up, so I sold off my coins. And now I cannot access my account. I did forget password process and when I try to login again, it says contact support. I started a support ticket and no response (its been 3 days) I called 1-877-620-9006, and the message is, we don't do phone support any more, go online to start a support ticket. I message them on Instagram, and it says, no one reads these Messages, start a support ticket. You would think their online support would be better if all the messaging is to go online. End of the day, they have close to zero support. It says they are covered by CIPF, whicu is my only reassurance.

My email associated with the account was hacked. I reached out to CoinSquare and informed one of their agents immediately that I had lost access to the email. I was told I would be contacted the next business day to begin the recovery process (by a new email). Two days later, someone stole all my funds. If I was contacted as the agent had advised, all of it would have been avoided. I was informed ' they locked my account and no one would be able to even login", two days later.. ALL FUNDS GONE. How did they access my account when I told you guys I had no access to my email. Why would you allow them to reset and remove restrictions with an EMAIL I lost access to? I am extremely disappointed. Please help me get them back. Update: I was kicked off the platform soon after leaving this review.

Been a client for years. Recently I tried to withdraw and found my account was locked. I have been back and forth through email where they send you through a third party verification process to upload your documents. It has been weeks with my account locked. I might have to show up at their head office daily until they unlock my account. The reviews say it all and a class action suit may be in order.

Do not use Coinsquare, I am getting nervous something is very wrong at this company. They have halted my trading and refuse to address any questions in their customer service. I am nervous my money has been stolen. I have confirmation that trading is available and active but the trading is halted on the platform. Every time I email about this issue they ignore my question and send me an unrelated response asking me to complete the previous step which is unavailable or telling me to change my email if I no longer have access. I have advised them countless time that I have access to my emails hence the confirmation and I have completed the questionnaire.

My experience with this crypto company has been extremely disappointing. After three years of investing, I saw minimal returns, and when I attempted to redeem my funds, I was unable to do so. Despite sending multiple emails requesting assistance, I received no meaningful response—customer support appears to be virtually nonexistent. My funds remain inaccessible, and because the withdrawal involves transferring money out of Coinsquare, there seems to be little urgency or willingness on their part to resolve the issue. Overall, this has been a highly frustrating experience, and I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before trading or investing with this company.
