I placed an order of $1000 in gold and silver 3 years ago. After many attempts at calling, I kept getting told that it was going to be sent. I still haven't received it.

Over a month and a half later, ignored emails, ignored phone calls, payment received, but no gods sent. Did I get scammed?? Do I need to take legal action?? Very disappointed in this transaction. I wish I looked this company(if it is one) up before placing an order.

Purchased in July 2025, still "in process" in February 2026. No email replies, terrible service. Don't buy from them.

Have been waiting for over 4 months, I’ve called multiple times, I’ve sent multiple emails. Unfortunately I worry this is a scam.

I have been waiting over a month for an order worth almost $5000, and have sent many emails and called many times, and not once have I received a single reply or anyone even answered the phone. I will be seeking legal action unless they get back to me in the next week. Do not purchase from this company for any reason! Edit: Order eventually came through, after many back and forth emails, so although I wouldn't do business with these people again, at least the order to come through. I just hope it's legit.

placed an order, they let me select etransfer for the order total, then when I try to pay they say this payment method isnt available and to call. I've called them 4 times with no response. My friend purchased silver from them and its been 2 months and they havent given him a single word. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS TERRIBLE BUISNESS. Instead go to REAL suppliers like silvergoldbull.

What a stressful experience! I have bought from top tier exchanges like MF bullion ,Sprott money, Silver gold bull and border gold with no issues, exactly what one would expect from a registered exchange with an active business license! Expecting the same experience with this company was grave mistake. The latest reviews also on trust pilot should indicate to you, maybe you should look elsewhere ! This company I feel is shorting there position, they don't have stock as they state .Like other reviewers, only thing I have received is excuses and lies! The track # they provide is legit as I have contacted the delivery company, they just don't ship item even though they state in an email "item shipped" ! When you call they might say ... oh it's packed just waiting to ship with other orders, ya right more BS!!! Victim's from this company should be taking steps to, at the very least get refunded, call the police, contact consumer protection groups, CRA, seek lawful counsel, heh maybe even call a reporter with information on the company and the owner(s) ! My trust with this bullion broker has been shattered with their promises of "ship this Friday" and constant gaslighting tactics! I looked up Canadian Bullion Suppliers, that corporate entity has no business license to operate in Toronto, Ontario as it had expired Feb 2024! Avoid Canadian Bullion Suppliers at the risk of becoming another victim of stress or possible fraud !

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order over two months ago and still have not received my item or a tracking number. I have contacted customer service multiple times and have received no clear answers or meaningful updates. For a company dealing with high-value products, this level of communication and delay is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency, timely responses, and proper order fulfillment — none of which I have experienced. At this point, I feel ignored and frustrated. I would strongly caution others to carefully consider their purchase and ensure they are comfortable with potential delays and lack of communication. I truly hope the company improves its customer service and accountability.
