They were very professional and time was no issue. They looked through all of my coins and helped me understand things gave me a very fair price on my silver. They were excellent professional. Their offer on gold was higher ($740), unfortunately their ability to test 10k white gold was limited, they determined it was fake. I ended up selling it at a jewelry store in the Cleveland area who had the proper metal testers for $700. Still nice guys nonetheless.

I had taken multiple silver rings 925 with a few necklaceswhich weighed over 5 oz. At 90 dollars an oz they tried to offer me 70 dollars for all. The man I consulted with told me the jewelery was broken and that was why the offer was so low. I also took them a silver bar which I have a letter of authenticity. After I declined the 70 dollar offer for the scrap jewelery. He said my bar was fake. I watched every move the man made he never tested it to tell if it was a fake or not. In fact he said one of the other employees had the tester tied up whatever that means. Do not sell to these guys as it seems to me they are out to steal your silver, and probably your gold too. ill find another buyer. thank you
