Very rude guy! I’ll never go there again!

I went to the store to sell silver coins and the owner was very friendly and helpful. He quickly appraised the coins and made me a generous offer. Would recommend this seller to anyone.

Extremely rude. As soon as I walked in the door the guy just about pushes me out. Tells me to wait in my car and without even looking at what I brought he tells me he doubts I have anything of value. Don’t come here.

This place has been around for 60 plus years, second generation and they're very respectful and kind, and a great sense of humor. Very fair and I will be doing business again with them.

Terrible experience — discriminatory and unprofessional behavior. I went into Shaker Coin & Jewelry expecting a professional jewelry appraisal, but the owner was extremely rude and dismissive. He told me, “What do you want, I’m busy,” and his attitude was blatantly racist. I left feeling completely disrespected. No one should be treated this way. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

Had bought from this dealer in the past. All seemed well.the last dealing I had did not work out as the past had. Purchased $18000.dollars worth of gold got $10244. Only found this out after leaving the store. Never gives a receipt which makes it almost impossible to prove your case..confronted Jimmy about this he roundly said sue me and hung up the phone. Even though I have two witnesses to this lawyers won’t take the case. I think he knows this and to sue will cost more than the loss is worth. Be very careful ask for receipt and count very carefully. He will comment with this never happened.
