Very Rude Demeanor... came from out of town on vacation. Actually went to purchase items and was treated like a peasant. Years later nothing has changed. No, I have not and will not purchase anything from here. My Radiant Cut Halo, was well worth the wait.

Poor customer service. Reached out the the store and the did not return the email and/or call.

I live out of state and encountered a shipping issue and DeWitt's worked with me every step of the way to get it resolved. My husband purchased a bracelet from Dewitt’s via eBay. We were sent the wrong bracelet size per the purchase order. Once we received the bracelet and recognized it was the wrong size we repeatedly tried to contact them to get the right size sent but with no response. We are working through the proper channels but wanted to make the public aware that their lack of response since early November may indicate a lack of customer satisfaction. We have no resolution as of today.
