Great Coin shop but prices could be better definitely higher than some shops I’ve been to but there selection can’t be beat!

Great experience with my first auction thru them, visit about once a week just to check out items, good prices.

I registered to bid for which they didn't approve me to bid but also banned me permanently. When I had asked why I had been banned they said "Nothing personal, we just don't allow new bidders to participate in our jewelry auctions". Them banning me permanently affected my hibid score and requires individual approval for each auction house and also raises questions and concerns for other auction houses that would otherwise easily just let me bid. I advised this auction house that if they don't want me to bid at their auction, I won't but to please remove the ban for its effects on me for which they never replied.

very nice people was honest with me about what my belongings were worth they also they gave me 100 dollars more than anywhere else I've been would have ill definitely be going back there

I had the unique pleasure of talking to Missy. Not sure how it's spelled. Very helpful. She knew what she was talking about. Anytime I have any coins or something I will go back to Castle coin shop and trade them in there. Very pleasant to talk to she told me everything I needed to know! We had great conversations about money. Great prices too. I was happy with what I got. Until the next time.

It was a pleasure seeing Missie again! The welcoming by the whole staff was exciting. She has definitely came a long ways and knows her stuff... I'm grateful to be doing business with her and her associates!
