Belmont coin & jewelry is awesome!! I had some gold jewelry to sell and they offered me exactly what I had calculated the fair price to be. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and weighed everything out at the counter in front of me. The transaction was quick and simple. They also have very nice selection of jewelry as well. I would recommend them 100%!

From a personal experience dealing with them i absolutely would say Belmont Jewelry Shop is truly a hidden gem in the community! The staff are not just knowledgeable about jewelry — they’re also incredibly transparent and fair in everything they do. I just want to say that this place is amazing. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. If you have an issue with anything all you have to do is come in and talk to them. They WILL do their best to make it right! They are very respectful and treat you like family not like they are trying to make money off of you.

I am genuinely shocked by how unprofessional this business is. I tried to buy an item from Belmont Coin & Jewelry. I emailed twice and called three times. When I finally reached someone by phone, I was told — directly — that they don’t have time to answer emails or take calls because they are too busy. Read that again: too busy to answer customers who are trying to give them money. There is no proper online ordering system, no follow-up, no basic customer service, and zero respect for potential buyers. If you don’t want to sell online or respond to inquiries, then don’t pretend to have a website that suggests otherwise. This is not how a legitimate or serious business operates in 2025. Ignoring customers and brushing them off with “we’re busy” is unacceptable. Communication is the bare minimum — and they completely failed. If you value your time or expect even basic professionalism, look elsewhere. What a mess.

Went for a Valentines day gift for my wife. The staff did an amazing job servicing the crowd of people that were waiting in line. Plus they are a Cintas customer so you know they have great taste. I was not able to find what I was looking for but they took down my information and promised to call me when they find this item I am looking for. That means alot. They answered all the questions I had and didn't mind showing me the things I wanted to look at. Thanks guys I will be back.
