I find it surprising that someone called the staff snooty. I have never met a more lovely group of people working in one store. I came in to sell jewelry and was offered more there than in the 4 other stores that I had price checked. I ended up buying a beautiful necklace with the money that I received from the sale of my jewelry. Their selection is unbelievable and, again, to contradict the previous review, nothing is old or crappy.I would recommend this store without hesitation!!! Thanks for a great experience!

My family has been going to Whitman's for over 30 years. Love everyone working there. I always feel comfortable that I am getting a reasonable price and good quality jewelry.

Husband and I bought our wedding rings there last year and they were lovely to work with. There were a few issues with my husband's ring size but they jumped through hoops to make sure we had it the day before we left for our destination wedding. We went back for our first anniversary and I had something in mind but after Liz showed me a bunch of other options I went with something else that I like even more. Would def recommend!

Walked in and was greeted by a very friendly and professional staff! We wanted to have a watch sized and they did it on the spot within a few minutes we were out the door! Very satisfied and will be back :).
