Fun, clean, new claw machines and amazing customer service from the start to the end. We rented a claw machine from Stanley’s Claw Machines for our wedding and it was a hit - people are still talking about it today! Clem’s communication with us for the last couple of months was organized and efficient, he made sure our questions were answered and even provided demo videos. Thank you to Clem and his team for playing a part of the best day of our lives! Would happily recommend this team and their products to enhance your event.

The staff is super friendly and I think it's the best claw machine place for young kids.

This place is AMAZING!! The owners are so nice and fun and dedicated. They were refilling toys often. My kids won so many toys and LOVED it!! We have spent millions on machines like these and they never win anything. With these machines you actually win and it’s fun fun fun!!!! You do not want to miss this place when cruising through China Town!!

Cute little claw machine store that our little one absolutely loved. Lots of variety of toys and the girl that works at the store is super friendly and helpful and gave our little one some "tips" on how to get those little toys from the machine. More affordable than other ones we've been to and the machines don't feel rigged here. Highly recommended.

I had a horrible experience ! Absolutely no staff, wasted all my money on crazy prices for tokens. Every claw machine was a scam, dropping right before the prize slot. 10 dollars for 10 tokens can only play you 3-4 games — would not recommend ! Flimsy machines and no service.

Hands down the best claw machines in NYC! Had an amazing time visiting Stanley’s claw machines and was blown away by the hospitality of the owners. This place is family friendly and meant for everyone to enjoy and play. We even witnessed the staff proactively conversing with their customers giving tips and strategy on the best ways to win! There are also small stool steps that make it easy for kids to reach and play. Fun place to visit with friends, family, or even yourself if you are passing through Chinatown. Would definitely come back again and they also do private events for kids birthdays or even for adults. Be sure to check out this place!

My husband and I are a fan of the Stanley's Claw Machines storefront and when we booked our wedding venue, we also instantly booked a claw machine rental from them. The owner, Clem, is wonderful. Very clear, communicative and responsive. Booking was a breeze. He even tried sourcing our preferred plush for us and sent us a lot of different options. At our wedding, the claw machine was an instant hit. It always had a line and our guests had SO MUCH FUN. Clem was the attendant and encouraged the players and cheered along with them when they won something. My mom LOVED him. In addition, Clem was very generous and also provided us with more plushies than we had originally booked. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommend. Thank you to Clem for a great time and bringing great energy! Please support this local business!
