Beautifully crafted chain and pendant. The customer service was spot on. Himanshu stayed in contact with me every step of the way and even looked out with an engraving . Highly recommend Traxnyc. Will definitely do business with them again.

I have purchased 3 expensive pieces of jewelry from TraxNYC. each time that my order was delivered, I was even more impressed. The photos on the website are great quaility, but when you see your jewelry in person with your own eyes, it's even better. I love that they will customize, along with making custom pieces as well. I have not bought jewelry from any where else, when the best is right here. First one is a Heavy Blue 2carat Diamond ring in white gold, the second & third photo is a yellow diamond bracelet with a white diamond stripe going down the center, it’s set in 18k yellow gold and has 2 leather straps that make up the bracelet. I have had it for over 8 years and I wear it everyday and I have honestly never taken it off since it was delivered. I shower & swim with it on, I wear it to the beach as well. The leather is not the least bit dried out, it’s the opposites, it gets softer. It’s 4carats total. The last is the Hansma pendant in 18k yellow gold with 2 carats of white diamonds. When I placed the order I asked them to make it fit a gold chain that was a few millimeters larger that the vail on the pendant, they custom made the vail to fit the size of the pendant that I bought and the vail has diamonds on it from to to bottom as well as the handsma symbol itself.

I wanted a custom pendant of my business logo and they did an excellent job. Sofiane worked with me to stay within my budget and design the look I was wanting. The experience was great from start to finish. Sofiane made it happen, even though I live halfway across the country. It arrived at my door within 12 hours of shipping. I will definitely work with him again on my next piece!

I just got my big silver tiger ring from TraxNYC today and I couldn’t be happier with how it came out. I told them I didn’t want it rhodium plated because I really like the natural silver look, and they gave me exactly what I wanted down to the smallest detail. The ring looks even better in person than it did in the pictures. The customer service throughout the whole process was honestly amazing. Huge shoutout to Himanshu — he helped me for about 2–3 weeks straight, answering every question I had and being super patient the entire time. You can tell he really cares about making sure the customer is satisfied. It’s rare to find someone that attentive these days, so I genuinely appreciated it. Overall, the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The quality of the ring, the communication, everything was on point. I definitely plan on buying from Trax again, and hopefully one day I’ll get the chance to meet Trax himself. This was my first purchase, and they definitely made a loyal customer out of me.
