Totally unprofessional and a total waste of time. They have a defective email address on their website. They never responded to my email messages to make an appointment, and they require an appointment before seeing you. When I called I was given an earful about how they don't know "that" email address. When I told them that the email address is what is listed on their website along with the phone number that I called to speak with them they just kept saying how they don't get email for that address. No appreciation for pointing out what appears to be a fundamental problem with their website or business model. No appointment made because they were stuck telling me how that I did not have the correct email address instead of thanking me for pointing out the error on their website and telling me a working email address. Plus, their buyer was not in the day I called so I got the impression that this operation is obviously small as well as totally unprofessional. There are other better options in Westchester. Look elsewhere.

I was here with my wife to sell some old jewelry, my wife and I were very impressed by their professionalism and excellent customer service we received. We got a fair price on our old jewelry, actually the higher price than any other place in Westchester county that we have checked. We highly recommend this place, the owners are kind and expert in what they are doing...Thank you. Now it's time to go buy my wife some new jewelry:)
