They aggressively lowball you

We took some old jewelry to Traderman and were really happy with the service. They gave us fair prices, and their customer service—both on the phone and in person—was great. We wanted to sell our gold locally to avoid the hassle of doing it online, and Traderman made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Older gentleman named Daniel there got upset that I was there asking questions about a certain item. Walked off and was calling me names and cussing under his breath but loud enough for me to hear. When confronted about it and asked why he wasso upset with me asking questions, he got extremely upset to the point where his other coworker had to step in and tell him multiple times to stop being rude. When I asked for his manager's information, Daniel flat out told me "No". Do not go here or buy from them.

Took a 10 karat 1.6k$ chain offered 180$ for it the old guy was very very rude since the start like he was in a bad mood very bad service

Excellent service; very, very low FFL transfer fees ($21) compared to some other places I’ve had guns delivered to in Las Cruces. Called me the very moment my gun arrived, and a short walk later, had everything sorted out for my firearm. Decent selection of guns inside, and very friendly staff. If you’re purchasing guns online, I would very much recommend having them sent here!

I purchased a N64 here for $80! My only problem is it would have been nice if they cleaned it before selling it, but besides that it’s great!
