Warm customer service and a lovely experience all around! I bought a ring here about 7 years ago - it is a one of a kind opal and onyx inlay ring in yellow gold - a stunning work of art. The salesperson was so helpful and buying it was a great experience in itself. But what is more is that when the ring needed a tune-up (a tiny stone inlay went missing) they were so amenable and generous! A task that jewelers in my home town would not touch (or quoted me at $500!) Kenny's did as a courtesy! My ring came back polished, stones all accounted for, and shining as new as the day I purchased it. Amazing artists sold by fair people. Highly recommend!
Beautiful jewelry, but the staff was a bit too pushy for a sale that immediately turned us off of getting anything. They would not take no for an answer and kept pressing us for reasoning. They tried to intimidate us into a sale by bringing the designer out and their compliments were too much to be genuine.
I had been looking for a quail charm for many months but couldn't find one that I liked. The owners of Kenney's ( the Salaman brothers) went the extra mile to make one exactly to my specific description. Its absolutely beautiful & one-of-a-kind. Thanks to Carmella for suggesting this idea. I love it!
