Worst collection agency I've ever heard of won't listen to anything won't do anything we'll try to help anybody just want to make some money absolutely terrible
I gave them a 1 only because a zero isn't available. BY LAW they must provide anyone with dates of services and charges /ICD 9 codes , or remove the chargers from your credit report . It's been 2-3 months and they still haven't Emailed me the info as they said they would do within 2 days. I have reported them today to the BBB and tomorrow I'll report them to the NM Attorney General.
Before anyone pays these thieves I would make sure you contact the original creditors! I supposedly have a collection with these thieves and I asked for any written documents received by creditor with any of my signatures to prove validity of this debt and "Gloria" said well you have to get with your creditor for that! I called my original credit and they have NO RECORD of anything they sent to collections! My account is and has been current with my original creditor never had anything sent to collections! Now my next stop, a call to the BBB to report fraud!
This place is terrible. The only way I have found out I had an account with them is through credit karma. They contacted me over the phone about my account and I told them I was unable to pay them right now do to other medical bills I had come in. They then called my husband asking if they could combine our accounts he said no but asked for an itemized bill. Once reviewing the little statements saying they were from the hospital and an amount (no details of the service provided) I offered them a settlement on 3 of the accounts that I would be able to pay with my credit card. I spoke with a woman named Andrea and the manager Linda. They refused the offer, combined our accounts, and reported my bills on his credit report that are already being reported on mine. I will be contacting an attorney on Monday. They also tried to make us think they were going to do a wage garnishment on his check until I made it clear that we know our rights.
I was able to set up monthly payments. The debt is slowly reducing and is correctly reflected on my credit report now. I am grateful the representative I spoke to has been nice and if she ever misses my call she always calls back. I have also received letters in the mail stating I have paid for the month. It gives me peace of mind I have a paper trail.
The representative I worked with listened to my concerns and was very helpful. She provided me with my payment options.
