Great place, fair and kind.

I recently visited Castle Gold and Silver to sell a few pieces of jewelry, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the appraisal process and offered me a very fair price—much better than what other places had quoted me. The shop itself was clean, secure, and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel safe and comfortable. I really appreciated how transparent and respectful they were throughout the entire transaction. I highly recommend Castle Gold and Silver to anyone looking to buy or sell jewelry. I’ll definitely be back to shop their beautiful and unique vintage pieces!

Courteous, kind, and fast with reasonable prices. It was easy to fit in with the rest of my errands. Note: it's very secure store and they have to buzz you in and out. Hollar if you want to be let out and they're distracted.

Just had a wonderful experience at Castle Gold and Silver Exchange. I have a vintage Hamilton Aoutmatic self-winding watch. It had become balky, seizing up for no apparent reason. I had this watch repaired and cleaned at Castle a few years aho, so I brought it in for another repair. They took the watch into the back for the watchsmith to inspect and diagnose. He found a loose screw that was binding the action of the watch. He tightened it back and reattached the back plate at no charge to me. I am now a lifelong customer at this establishment.

I had a great experience at Castle! I recently became interested in collecting coins. I came in close to closing time and they were quite busy. They still took the time to answer my questions and show me several nice pieces! They were all very nice. Especially the patient lady who helped me. I ended up making my first purchase there! I highly recommend them and I will be back soon!

We purchased a ring on December 17th and paid in full, including nearly $300 for resizing. We were told it would be a quick turnaround. Here we are on February 4th with no ring, no call, and no clear update. We have made multiple trips to the store and were repeatedly told “another week.” Phone calls often go unanswered, and when someone finally did answer, we were told the store was closed and that they couldn’t help us and to call back the next day. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially considering the amount of money paid and the length of time we’ve been waiting. Communication has been poor, and we still do not have a clear timeline for when the ring will be ready.
