Read some mixed reviews and went in myself a few days ago. Good prices and decent selection for a pawn shop but the owner is quite rude and standoffish.. then his comments on reviews he drops crying faces as response when He gets a negative review. He needs to learn a thing or 2 about customer service. And try to fix his issues instead of belittling his customers..
Went in there off recommendations and was greeted with major attuide like i killed his dog DO NOT recommend doing business here.

I layaway a pew pew..put a hundred down. Store owner said I can call and make payments as long as I pay every month. Okay I agreed and left town. Ever since I left I tried to call and make a payment in November. I was busy December so no time. But January I tried all month but no answer. I left phone messages but nothing. I feel like they will answer when they want and serve whom they prefer. I’m Native American and yes we make up a big population in Farmington. So pretty much I donate to this pawn shop to be ignored and the owner didn’t care to listen to me. I am a paying customer not just someone whom put down what was required like 25% down…I put down more than enough to say I am a serious buyer. No respect for customer who traveled out 1.5 hours.
